Structus is very experienced with providing structural engineering services for a wide range of city and municipal facilities including community colleges, hospitals, schools, libraries, fire stations, recreation centers, performing art venues, and others. Our representative projects include the new San Francisco Public Safety Building, San Francisco War Memorial Opera House retrofit, San Francisco State Office building retrofit, new Portola Library, new North Beach Library, Fire Stations 35 & 52, and the new Chinatown/North Beach CCSF campus for the city of San Francisco, the main library for the city of Menlo Park, the Del Norte County Courthouse Complex, and others.

350 McAllister St. San Francisco STRUCTUS was responsible for the seismic retrofit and historic restoration of 350 Mc Allister Street. This national registered historic landmark, a 7-story Beaux Arts Building, with a total area of 225,000 s.f., was retrofitted
